I maybe a little biased, as I’m married to Morgan, but I can say that she has changed my life for the better with all her coaching and knowledge. I thought I was a “hard gainer” before, but as it turns out, I just wasn’t eating enough. Also I wasn’t eating the right food. My “bro diets” before never gave me the results I got with Morgan.
I’m a firefighter so my schedule and routine are different than most, so I always thought training and dieting would be difficult. In 2019 I decided I would do my first body building show with Morgan as my coach. At the time I was working on Rescue 1 in Seattle which is an elite unit doing disciplines such as diving, rope rescue, structural collapse, and more.
Morgan knew the importance and fueling me during my long days at work and programming me rest days and re feed days. Knowing very little of the process, I gave the reins to Morgan and did everything she said.
I was blown away by the results and shocked with how much food I needed to eat and still loose fat. Sadly , Covid came around before my bodybuilding show so I didn’t get on stage, but I’m committed to finish this journey with Morgan and do even better next time!
My advice, hire Morgan as your choice, be honest with her and your self, and if you want results follow her directions. You won’t be let down.

I was getting back into working out after a few years off. I wanted to try a body building competition and had zero idea of how to get started or what to do in the gym training-wise. I didn’t feel comfortable with weight lifting technique and wanted guidance. My previous experience with exercises was all left-over from my years as a gymnast. I would only do cardio, body weight exercises, and on the rare occasion add in the weight machines.
I was apprehensive about training in the weight room alone at first, but with Morgan’s guidance and help during our 1:1 sessions, she gave me enough knowledge to feel confident as I added in additional weekly workouts on my own.
Training with Morgan led to a 2nd place finish at my first bodybuilding competition and 1st place at my second competition, the prestigious Emerald Cup in Bellevue, WA.
While I am not currently training for a competition, I continue to use the knowledge I gained from working with Morgan in my workouts today. I lift weights with focus on my technique and mind-muscle connection. I make the choice to add movement into my daily and weekly routine. I know that if I am starting to feel tired and run down to look at my water and protein intake. Or that sometimes, it’s okay to take a break and let my body rest.
Morgan is the whole package as a coach , she gave me my exercise programming, advice on competing, but also was there to listen and motivate me when I needed it. I couldn’t have done it without her!

My journey with Morgan started after I was accepted to attend the Air Force Academy. I was very worried that I would not be able to get myself into shape before I went to boot camp. I realized I needed help in strength training and conditioning.
I was unsure of what kind of strength training would best benefit me and felt frustrated because no one in my family knew how to train for the experience I was about to have when I entered basic training. I was also very worried that I would get injured. Although I had spent a large portion of my life playing competitive sports, I was overwhelmed with coming up with a plan to build strength and endurance and help ensure success at the Air Force Academy’s training.
Morgan is an incredibly motivational and happy person. She always made me feel excited to come to training. Within weeks I could see that the training was working and could feel myself getting stronger which made me even happier and more determined. I became excited for basic training despite being fearful of it before I began training with Morgan. This is the only training environment I have participated in where I was actually excited to go to training. I received a lot of personalized nutritional advice from Morgan as well which I had never had before. I gained a really good understanding of what foods would fuel muscle development and energy.
What surprised me most since I started was how strong I have become. I can do pull-ups, deadlifts, squats, and so much more. I know now that I can do anything if I set my mind to it and am incredibly grateful to Morgan for this mentality. I am so much stronger now than I ever thought possible.
If you’re debating on hiring Morgan, know It’s worth it! She made me physically and mentally prepared for basic training and provided me with a wealth of valuable knowledge on nutrition, gaining muscle, keeping muscle and how to train without injury.
